In the fairy tales, there are more waterfalls than people. In the fairy tales, you might be allowed to love anyone. The thoughts can’t resist the temptation and you give it a shot. You try to move ever so gently, the way we know so well - a meaning we are so familiar with. You wrap me in mist and I love the cliché. I love nothing deeper than exactly this moment, or at least moments like this one. They lived happily ever after, and then the muscle memory fumbles you. Memories of old kisses make cuts in the heart, reminding you that everything you know was learned with others. Your eyes get wet and I blabber. My mind with you, my mind wrapped in mist. You have never put your foot down this firmly and I have never been this big. In my belief I love you, in my belief I see this all clearly. Meanwhile, the hands have no other choice but to take over - to draw a veil over the fantasy and caress the fairy tale’s cheek.
